PHENOMENAL BEAUTY POLICIES

PRE-BOOKING POLICY

Clients must read, review, and agree to our policies before booking services on www.phenomenalbeautyy.com. By booking, clients accept the current policies on the website, may change, and are responsible for them—not previous versions. We recommend reviewing the policies at each visit.

BOOKING POLICY

Clients must schedule using their full names. Without valid first and last names, service may be canceled. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required when booking which applies to the total service fee. Please check your, including junk folders, after booking.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Clients must pay a-refundable, non-transferable deposit online with a debit/credit card to secure appointments. This deposit will be applied to the total service charge, with the balance due in cash at the appointment. If a client cancels or reschedules outside the grace period or no-shows, the deposit will be forfeited. Please note that appointment deposits may vary.

PREPARATION POLICY

Phenomenal Brows
Please come with a freshly washed face. Avoid using Accutane, Retin-A, 
Retinol, retinoic acid, Hydroquinone, and other chemical and/or medicated products 24 hours before your scheduled service day/time. Using these products before waxing or other brow services may cause an adverse reaction, outside the service provider's control.

Phenomenal Styles

We require clients to come with clean and detangled hair, lace, and bundles. Hair must be dry and product-free at the time of scheduled service.(wash services are included)

 

Lightly used and non-HD lace will be accepted; however, it may limit the results of the style. We do not use severely damaged lace. Do not pre-bleach or pluck lace; lace customization is included with each style. ALL CLIENTS MUST SEND PICTURE OF LACE 24 HOURS PRIOR.

ARRIVAL POLICY

An automated, confirmation email with the service location will be delivered to the email provided at the time of booking.

To ensure the safety and privacy of clients and the stylist, we ask clients to arrive no more than 15 minutes before your appointment time. All clients are asked to call/text upon arrival. The door will remain locked before, during, and after services.

CLIENTS MUST NOT ARRIVE OUTSIDE OF THE HOURS OF OPERATION!

 

 Please arrive on time to avoid late fees.

After 15 minutes late = Automatic Cancelled Appointment

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

We recognize that clients might need to cancel or reschedule appointments; however, we require at least 24 hour notice or 15$ cancellation fee or ban from boooking may be applied

PROTECTION POLICY

By booking a service, the client that participation is voluntary and may cancel anytime before or during the appointment, but must pay for remaining services if canceling during the appointment. The service provider may also cancel with the client responsible for the and any remaining fees. Non-payment may lead to legal action with clients liable for all related costs. Additionally any defamation or harmful comments against the service provider or their business will result in legal consequences, with the client responsible for all associated fees.

CLIENT AGREEMENT STATEMENT

I understand that services involve risks beyond the provider's. I acknowledge that the stylist is responsible only for the final look of my brows or hair, not for preparation or take-down. I won't hold the provider for any issues from improper preparation or take-down. By clicking "Ready to Book," I confirm I have read and to all policies on this website.
