PHENOMENAL BEAUTY POLICIES

PRE-BOOKING POLICY

Before booking any/all services, we require clients to read, review, and agree to our policies. By booking a treatment(s) on this website, www.phenomenalbeautyy.com, clients agree to ALL of the policies listed. Clients will be held responsible for the policies listed on the website, not the previous version of the policies. We ask that clients read and review the policies each time he/she visit the website, as policies are subject to change.

BOOKING POLICY

We require clients to schedule using their first and last names. Failure to provide a valid first and last name will result in service cancellation or denial. When booking a service(s), clients agree to pay the non-refundable and non-transferable deposit. This deposit goes toward the total service fee scheduled. Check your email (junk email included) after booking any/all appointments.

DEPOSIT POLICY

We require clients to pay a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit to secure appointments. The deposit must be paid online using a valid debit/credit card. After the client is serviced, the deposit paid to this website, www.phenomenalbeautyy.com, goes toward the overall service charge. The remainder of the scheduled service charge will be due in cash at the time of appointment. 

 

In the case the client cancels or reschedules outside of the grace period listed on the website and/or no-shows, the deposit will be secured by the service provider as payment for the reservation of the scheduled day/time. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Appointment deposits may vary.

PREPARATION POLICY

Phenomenal Brows
Please come with a freshly washed face. Avoid using Accutane, Retin-A, 
Retinol, retinoic acid, Hydroquinone, and other chemical and/or medicated products 24 hours before your scheduled service day/time. Using these products before waxing or other brow services may cause an adverse reaction, outside the service provider's control.

Phenomenal Styles

We require clients to come with clean and detangled hair, lace, and bundles. Hair must be dry and product-free at the time of scheduled service.

 

Lightly used and non-HD lace will be accepted; however, it may limit the results of the style. We do not use severely damaged lace. Do not pre-bleach or pluck lace; lace customization is included with each style. ALL CLIENTS MUST BRING THEIR LACE AND/OR WIG TWO DAYS BEFORE THEIR APPOINTMENT.

ARRIVAL POLICY

An automated, confirmation email with the service location will be delivered to the email provided at the time of booking.

To ensure the safety and privacy of clients and the stylist, we ask clients to arrive no more than 15 minutes before your appointment time. All clients are asked to call/text upon arrival. The door will remain locked before, during, and after services.

CLIENTS MUST NOT ARRIVE OUTSIDE OF THE HOURS OF OPERATION!

 

 Please arrive on time to avoid late fees.

After 15 minutes late = Automatic Cancelled Appointment

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

We understand if clients may need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that clients cancel/reschedule at least twelve hours before their scheduled time. Any cancellations and/or reschedules within the twelve hours of your scheduled time and/or not showing up to your scheduled service(s) will result in being charged $15. No-showing appointment(s) will also result in being charged $15.  In addition, the deposit will be secured by the service provider as previously stated. 

 

Failure to pay a cancellation/no-show charge of $15 will result in an IOU and/or ban from booking. This fee must be paid before rescheduling any service with Phenomenal Beauty.

SAME DAY & PAYMENT POLICY

Same-day closure lace customization = +$15 to the overall service charge listed on this website

Same-day frontal lace customization = +$20 to the overall service charge listed on this website
Same-day wig customizations = +$20 to the overall service charge listed on this website


 
Clients must pay the remainder of scheduled service charge and any in person add-ons in CASH at the time of appointment. 

Failure or refusal to pay at the time of appointment will result in legal action. The client will be responsible for all legal fees, service charge(s), and any additional fees incurred.

PROTECTION POLICY

By booking a service(s), the client or individual booking understands receiving any and all services are completely voluntary. The client understands that at any moment before or during the scheduled appointment, he/she has free will to cancel. In the case, the client decides to cancel during appointment, he/she will be obligated to pay the remaining service charge of all scheduled services. The client understands that at any moment before or during the scheduled appointment, the service provider has free will to cancel. In the case, the service provider decides to cancel during appointment, the client will be obligated to pay the deposit and service provider's desired remaining charge. Failure or refusal to pay at the time of appointment will result in legal action. The client will be held responsible for all legal fees, service charge(s), and any additional fee incurred.

By booking a service(s), the client or individual booking understands any form of defamation of character both in person and/or online will be dealt with legally. In addition, any negative comments or harmful actions, both in person and/or online, aimed to jeopardize the service provider's wellbeing, safety, and/or image, this website, or the service provider's business will be dealt with legally.

The client will be held responsible for all legal fees, service charge(s), and any additional fee incurred.

CLIENT AGREEMENT STATEMENT

I, the client, understand that each service comes with risks and results which may be outside of the service provider's control. I agree that the stylist is solely responsible for the final style/look of the client's brows or hair, not preparation, upkeep, or take-down. I will not hold the service provider responsible of any complications or side effects due to improper or poor preparation and/or take-down. By clicking the "Ready to Book" button on this page, I agree that I have read all of the policies listed on this website and agree to abide by the policies, statements, and protocols listed.
